Ethos Pro Shop Warranty and Return Policy

At Ethos Pro Shop we want you to be beyond happy with your purchase, so our bicycles, scooters and accessories we sell are backed by our 90-Day Limited Warranty. Please keep your original receipt and original box, this Limited warranty is Non-transferable after the product initial sell. 

Our warranty covers against manufacturing defects from date of purchase, we will cover all defective parts.   ALL WARRANTY RELATED SHIPMENTS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER.

We're able to offer this Warranty because every Ethos bicycle or scooter must meet our rigorous and meticulous 58-Point Inspection before being sold and shipped, and they must meet specific certification standards as well prior to shipping.

All orders are covered by a90-Day Limited Warranty, but there are re-stocking fees associated with the cancellation or return of an order. Please review the following guidelines as it relates to your order:

Canceled orders of any* item prior to shipping will be refunded 100%.

Items that have been modified in any way (including decal removal) cannot be returned or refunded.

Damages, malfunctions caused by collision, overloading, high heat 100F exposure, immersion to liquids, fire, accident, weather conditions and above average wear and tear and have been damaged in any way, or are otherwise now unrideable cannot be returned for a refund.

Helmets and gloves that have had tags or safety stickers removed, or have been ridden in are not eligible for return.

Ethos Pro Shop cannot be held liable for warranty claims or labor charges carried out by any other business.

Orders for return that have been shipped to the customer, are within the 30-Day window and have been installed or used otherwise, can be returned for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee once received back in the Ethos Pro Shop warehouse or fulfillment center. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Ethos Pro Shop will review item(s) once received to verify condition prior to issuing the refund.

For a refund ourBicycles, Scooters and accessories MUST be returned in the original box, Buyer pays both sipping cost if there is no manufacturer defects, plus a 15% restocking fee.

Parts installation fees are non-refundable.

Items that have been damaged from use during the 30 day period are not eligible for return. This includes, but is not limited to:  Scratched or dented wheels, scratched or gouged items of any kind, items that have been damaged by improper installation, items with damaged bolts and other damages described in this policy.

*Soft goods with tags removed, or that have been worn are not eligible for return, and are exempt from this policy.

Ethos Pro Shop cannot be held liable for warranty claims or labor charges carried out by any other business. 

Warranties and returns are processed in the following manner:

    • Item is to be returned to Ethos Pro Shop with prior approval, and at the buyers expense.  Send an email to: info@360-RIM.com with your Contact Information and pertinent pictures of the shipping damage or damaged parts.  We will call you to discuss.
    • Ethos Pro Shop will contact our Brand manufacturer to process warranty claim.
      • If warranty is denied, and it is outside of 30 days of shipping or 90 days of Limited Warranty, no refunds will be processed.
      • If the manufacturer’s warranty is denied within 30 days of purchase, the customer will have the option of a refund less 15% restocking fee for the used item per our return policy, and to pay shipping for the return of the item to our warehouse or fulfillment centers, whichever is more cost effective.
    • If warranty is approved by the manufacturer, we will follow their protocols to obtain a replacement item.
    • When the replacement item arrives to Ethos Pro Shop will ship the replacement item to the customer at no additional charge to the customer.
